Track Your Package
For your convenience, a tracking number along with carrier information are automatically sent to you via e-mail once your order has shipped. Please allow 48 hours for your tracking number to be updated on the carrier’s website. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions about your order.
Changes & Cancellations
If you would like to modify/cancel an order, please contact us during our business hours as soon as possible so we can best accommodate you. Once our warehouse has begun packaging and shipping your order, it is not possible to make any changes or stop the shipment. Orders are usually processed by 3 PM EST. Cancelled orders are eligible for a full refund, including S&H, if cancelled prior to order fulfillment. If we are not able to change/cancel your order, you may refuse delivery if you no longer want the order. Once the package arrives back at our warehouse, a refund can be requested, less shipping and handling charges.
During the holiday seasons, we cannot guarantee that your package can be retrieved in time due to the high volume of shipments.
Back Order/Out of Stock Items
In the rare event an item you purchased is out of stock, we will send you an e-mail or contact you. If your order contains multiple items, we may ship the rest of your order and give you the option to backorder or cancel the unshipped item(s). An expected restock date will be provided if vailable. Please note that these dates are estimates and not guaranteed to arrive on that date.
